Vintage Swag: For Painters, Labelers & Colorists

Three different box lot auction finds that were given to me by my pal Steve.
Anyone who knows him will probably tell you that he is one of the most thoughtful characters around.
It's great to have amazing friends that have an eye for what's good... Thanks, Steve!

Something Found, Something Shared...

FOUND:  A set of four old Koh-I-Noor acetate ink jars (whose contents have lost almost all viscosity).
SHARED:  A box of old (and much loved) Jon Gnagy pastels that were given to me as a gift by a special friend.

Let's Draw, Build & Paint Things

Another group of colorful items from my vintage art & creative supply collection. Some items were bought, some were gifted to me by friends and some belonged to family members.

Presto!

Never used and still in their beautifully-designed packaging... a nice eBay score from a while back. However, these tubes of color are rather dried up some 45-odd years later.

Self-Teaching Hobby Art (By Craftint)

A self-teaching oil painting kit from my vintage art supply collection. This one is a 1960s set that I bought some years ago, amazed at how fresh and unused it was.

Also Available In Boxes Of 48

Several 1960s Whitman Crayon boxes from my vintage art supply collection. While this seems to have been a fairly popular brand 40-odd years ago, not that many boxes of these seem to remain today.
